Information on this website
The general inquiry and training forms ask for your name, email, organization, interest, and message. They prepare a message in your email application. They do not submit entries to a website database, and your message is sent only when you choose Send in your email application. Your email provider handles that message, and the recipient receives the details you include.
You can browse without completing a form. Required fields are needed only to prepare that form’s email; you may contact us directly instead. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not include private case records, medical information, or identifying details about a child.
Hosting and technical information
Delivering a page requires the hosting service to receive connection information such as your IP address and browser request. Hosting, security, and access services may process logs or use essential storage. This notice describes the website itself; any sign-in or access controls provided by its hosting platform also have their own privacy terms.
The site’s own code does not include advertising pixels, analytics tracking, automated profiling, or a visitor-account system. Images, fonts, and the Home and About videos are served with the site. See the cookie and external-service notice.
Forms, bookings, donations, and purchases elsewhere
Google Forms handles the linked speaking and partnership forms; Calendly handles coaching scheduling; Stripe hosts linked book checkouts; Givelify handles the linked giving page; and Zeffy handles gala registration. These services collect information on their own pages. The organization or seller receiving an inquiry, booking, gift, or order may also receive the details necessary to handle it. This website does not receive your payment-card details.
Review the notice shown by each service before submitting information. Social networks, YouTube, articles, and other external sites are also separate destinations. Their data practices and cookies may differ from this site’s.
Your privacy questions and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to its use; or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy authority. Contact davidmarshall@journeytojosiah.org to ask about information held by Journey to Josiah, explain your request, or raise a concern. Avoid sending identity documents with an initial request.
For information held independently by a booking, payment, or other external provider, contact that provider as well. Ask the organization or provider handling your information about its retention periods, processing locations, and applicable safeguards. This website notice does not establish a retention schedule for their records.
Young people’s information
The website presents information about advocacy, education, and services. Its inquiry forms are for organizational and service inquiries, not confidential youth case intake. If a child’s personal information has been shared through a linked form or email and you have a concern, contact the recipient using the contact details above.
Scope and updates
